Meeting environmental standards is not a formality. It is how we work.

Building in a protected ecosystem requires a level of rigor few contractors sustain in the field. We have applied it for decades, not in a manual but in every decision on site.

The environmental quality of a project is not proven with a certificate: it is proven on the ground.

Practices you can verify.

01

Built on ISO 14001, without a purchased certificate

We use the structure of the standard as our internal system, with our own audits and continuous improvement. It is a long-standing company decision.

02

An environmental management plan for every project

Every project starts with an environmental management plan (EMP) tailored to its biome. The plan is implemented, documented and reported to the authorities.

03

Coordination with environmental authorities

We work closely with ANLA (the national environmental licensing authority), the regional environmental authorities (CARs) and National Parks, depending on the region.

04

Documented performance

Every project leaves verifiable evidence of its environmental management: waste disposal certificates, logs and meeting records, available to the independent construction supervisor.

05

Annual internal audit

We review compliance with the plan project by project and carry the lessons into the next one.

06

Indicators we report

Documented waste management, water reused on site and compliance with each measure in the environmental management plan.
