What quality means at MARA.

At MARA, quality has been a company decision for nearly four decades. It does not rely on a paid certification but on verifiable practices: a careful review of the budget, technical review of the designs, on-site controls, as-built drawings at closeout and after-sales maintenance.

The time and money others spend on a certificate, we would rather put into the real practice of quality.

Practices you can verify.

01

A close reading of the budget

Before bidding, we review the client’s budget in depth. If we find underfunded line items, we raise them with the client before signing.

02

Technical review of the designs

The designs we receive are reviewed by our technical management before construction starts. Where they can be improved, we propose and document the changes.

03

Materials to the agreed specification

What reaches the site is exactly what was contracted. When a better alternative exists, we propose it and use it.

04

On-site controls

Internal inspections at each stage, systematic photo records, a daily site log and quality control of concrete mixes and critical elements.

05

As-built drawings at closeout

Every project is delivered with as-built drawings that reflect what was built, not just what was designed.

06

After-sales maintenance

We give the client a maintenance plan and honor the project warranties.
